Overview
fu3e is a cloud business management platform built specifically for the real estate industry. Used by over 850 companies, the platform replaces spreadsheets and disconnected tools with real-time dashboards, automated workflows and financial tracking for developers, fund managers and consultants. With a growing team and increasing demand, they needed their sales process to be as structured as the software they sell.
Challenge
fu3e's sales team was moving quickly but the pipeline wasn't keeping pace. Deal stages didn't reflect the actual sales cycle, reporting was unreliable, and it was difficult to see where deals were stalling. Without a consistent process, forecasting was based more on instinct than data, and new hires had no clear playbook to follow.
Strategy
We started with a full review of fu3e's sales process, mapping how deals moved from first demo through to signed contract. We then rebuilt the pipeline stages to match that reality, introduced automation at key handoff points, set up required properties to improve data quality, and delivered dashboards focused on conversion rates, deal velocity and rep activity. We also built out sequence templates to standardise outreach and follow-up.
Results
fu3e now has a pipeline that gives the whole team clarity on where every deal stands. Sales managers can spot bottlenecks early, reps follow a consistent process, and forecasting is grounded in real data. The structure scales with every new hire, meaning the sales engine grows with the business rather than falling behind it.
