HubSpot's customisation tools have improved so much over this past year to allow sales reps to create a clutter-free environment, tailored to their unique needs. You may need to ask the super admin for help here but you'll be glad you did.

Here's how to set yourself up for success:

Use the record customisation tools to show only the cards/properties you use most often. This means faster data entry and fewer distractions.

Organise your calls, emails, and follow-ups into logical queues. Say goodbye to jumping between tabs

Create filters for contacts, companies, and deals to instantly find what you need without sorting through irrelevant data.

Hide unnecessary features: If there are tools or fields you donโ€™t use, hide them! HubSpot allows admins to restrict access to unused features, keeping your interface clean and functional.
