Yes of course. It really depends on how much you think your teams need the support. You can upgrade and downgrade any time with a weeks notice.
What is the a performance call?
This is a Zoom meeting where we can egt together as a team to discuss what's working and what's not depending on your objectives.
What if I don't use my hours?
If you don't use the hours these will not be carried over to the next month. That said, this very rarely happens.
What does an audit entail.
We believe the best way for us to manage your portal and to support your teams is to work from a well set up portal so the audit will highlight any issues that we can address and fix in the first month.
Is the support available for the team?
Yes. You will have your unique support channel in Slack and we can add as many of your team as you wish.
